CHÂTEAU DE LA MESSARDIÈRE

After a search from Santa Barbara to Europe, Annie and Valeria found their dream wedding venue at the Airelles Château de la Messardière, an exclusive resort in the hills above Saint-Tropez. The Provençal gardens and 180-degree views of the Mediterranean, the chic, nearby beach club perfect for a Côte d’Azur Welcome Party, and the twin tennis courts and recreational grounds ideal for a day of country club themed activities, made it the perfect trifecta for a fun-in-the-sun weekend in France.

The couple exchanged vows in a romantic, heartfelt ceremony officiated by Annie’s brother. Cocktails, toasts, and a Vegan al fresco dinner in the Pampelonne Garden followed. Afterward, guests were invited to the cutting of a spectacular 14-foot-tall wedding cake created by renowned pastry chef Cédric Grolet. It was the ideal precursor to a surprise performance by Grammy-nominated artist RAYE who charmed the crowd with her amazing vocals and playful personality.

Naturally, we hoped the show would go on all night, but DJ Mutis made it an easy transition with an after party in the Château’s salon, keeping dance floor alive with high-energy Latin sets and an unforgettable Hora Loca. The party went well into the wee hours of the morning. It was a night we wished wouldn't end.
