NAPA VALLEY HILLTOP WEDDING

When our bride and groom, she from Luxembourg, he from Ghana, asked us to plan their Napa Valley estate wedding, we knew the celebration had to be worth every mile their guests would travel to get there. Perched atop a hill with sweeping views over the valley, the modern private estate they chose set the tone immediately: elegant, yet warm enough that guests from three continents felt instantly at home. With just five months to bring their vision to life, every detail of this black-tie Napa Valley wedding was planned with intention, from the seating chart to the last song of the night.

Event flow was key. Rather than keeping guests in one place, we designed the day to unfold in chapters, revealing new corners of the property as everyone moved from ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner, building anticipation with each transition. As the sun began to set, guests took their seats for dinner overlooking the valley below, the incredible sunset sky over the vineyards in a moment no one will forget. The night closed out with a crepe station and a dance floor that was jumping until the final farewell.

It's celebrations like this that remind us why we love what we do.
