San Ysidro Ranch first captured Caroline’s heart during a weekend getaway with her mother. The other Santa Barbara wedding venues we toured, paled in comparison. The ranch’s romantic rose gardens were the perfect setting for the couple’s intimate, and whimsical garden wedding, and the onsite speakeasy for the after-party sealed the deal on the decision for Peter.

Caroline, in an Oscar de la Renta gown, walked with her father to meet Peter beneath a rose-covered arch. Surrounded by countless blooms, they exchanged heartfelt vows before guests gathered for cocktails, dinner, and toasts under the stars.

The celebration moved to the Veranda and Old Adobe, where guests were welcomed with espresso martinis and live music by the Dart Family Band. They danced to “Adore You” by Harry Styles before she slipped away for a quick change into her second Oscar de la Renta look. They shared a private cake cutting and celebrated before heading to the speakeasy, Plow & Angel, where DJ Dre Basile kept the party going with remixes, late-night bites, and just maybe…a bit of dancing on the tables.
