S&R met and fell in love on the East Coast, but there was no place like home at Irvine Cove in Laguna Beach for their California beach wedding. With vibrant tropicals framing the altar, the bride in a bespoke Monique Lhuillier design, and the groom in a classic tuxedo, the two exchanged vows “toes in the sand” as waves crashed against the rocky coast. Cocktails on the beach were followed by a chic outdoor dinner on the same bluff where the bride enjoyed childhood birthday parties. Guests were seated at long dramatic tables with crisp white linens and black artisanal tableware. They enjoyed a spectacular sunset and a delicious “small plates” meal prepared by the chefs from the famed Jon and Vinny’s in Los Angeles. After dinner, guests were transported to the bride’s family home nearby, which was transformed into a late night dance lounge "under the stars." Guests enjoyed wedding cake and delicious bites as they danced the night away on a packed dance floor.
